About the Position
Hotel & Brasserie Ingredi in Bree is an ambitious and growing family business where hospitality, quality, and entrepreneurship are at the heart of everything we do.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day financial administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and manage supplier administration
- Follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process cash books and bank statements
- Review and process financial documents
- Assist with month-end closing preparations
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with our external accounting firm
Who Are You?
- Several years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Experience with Exact Online (required)
- Accurate, organized, and able to work independently
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
